Martin is a filmmaker and photographer based in Los Angeles.

As a filmmaker, he worked with every major studio and network in Los Angeles. He directed feature films, created reality shows, made feature documentaries, dramatic TV, and independent films. Currently he is developing a live-action adventure film for a co-production between Disney and the Shanghai Media Group. Martin is particularly known for directing innovative projects like VOICES OF IRAQ, an acclaimed documentary made by sending 150 DV cameras to Iraqis to film their own lives. The Motion Picture Academy of Arts and Sciences added VOICES OF IRAQ to its permanent collection of historic films.

He also created and executive produced MTV's FEAR, the first supernatural reality show and the first to have contestants film themselves. The visual style Martin gave FEAR became the template for all supernatural reality show that followed and inspired feature films and video games. The Director's Guild of America showcased his music video as an example of cutting-edge low-budget film making, while Panasonic showcased the web pilot he directed, WaterSigns, at the National Association of Broadcaster's convention. He is a member of the Directors Guild of America and Writers Guild of America.

In recent years, he fell in love with the art of photography by shooting campaigns and editorials for an international clientele. His prints were shown in New York galleries.

Martin was born in Warsaw, Poland in 1974, spent a year in London, lived in Westfield, New Jersey. He entered pre-med at New York University, then horrified his family by switching to the film school. They still have not forgiven him.
